Good morning, this is Sierra and Ivy  with your morning announcements:

Today is Wednesday, October 9th and it is National “Stop Bullying” Day.

It is a very special day as it is Mrs. Gilje’s birthday today.  Happy Birthday Mrs. Gilje!

Your kindness quote for today: It is better to be kind than to be right. We do not need an intelligent mind that speaks, but a patient heart that listens.

For lunch today, we’ll have lasagna cheese rollups and steamed broccoli. For breakfast tomorrow, we’ll have breakfast hotdish and for lunch, hot ham & cheese and potato soup.

MAPS testing today:

7th grade: 3rd and 4th hrs Math

8th grade: 1st and 5th hrs Math

9th grade: 2nd and 6th hrs Math

Juniors who are taking the PSAT/NMSQT next Wed., Oct. 16: Please get your $17 for the test to JoAnn by Wednesday morning!

Juniors and Seniors: The Air National Guard recruiter will be here today in the cafeteria at noon. Tomorrow, a rep from the Turtle Mt. Community College will be here at noon.

There will be NO 21st Century Activities After School today due to the teachers having professional development.  Please make arrangements for your children. Thank you!

There is One Act Play practice every morning this week at 7:40!

There will be a Wild About Animals lyceum today for grades K-6 at 12:30 to 2pm today.

There will be a junior class meeting today during lunch in the Computer Lab.  Bring your lunch!
