Breakfast and Lunch Menu   (Menu is subject to change)

  • Offered Daily: 1%, skim and chocolate skim milk
  • Breakfast: Fruit, fruit juice, toast, cold cereal
  • Lunch: Salad bar and assorted fruit

 

DECEMBER:

1:  Scrambled eggs, sausage.  Pork fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll.

2: Cocoa Wheats. Hot dogs, mac & cheese, tator rounds.

3: Breakfast pizza. Pulled pork, chips, coleslaw, baked beans.

6: Banana muffin. Pizza, corn.

7: Waffles. Tator tot hotdish, peas, cheese stick.

8: Breakfast hotdish. BLT wrap, chips, carrots, celery.

9: Long John. Beef Bolognese, roasted veggies, garlic bread.

10: Cinnamon rice. Chicken fajitas, black bean dip, corn.

13: French toast. Sweet & sassy chicken, roll, sweet potato fries, peas.

14: Sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. Chicken tortilla soup, baby baked potatoes, veggie mix.

15: Oatmeal. Beef stroganoff, noodles, green beans, roll.

16: Breakfast bowl. build a burger, French fries, baked beans.

17: Blueberry muffin. Chicken strips, curly fries, creamed corn.

20: Scrambled eggs, sausage.  Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll.

21: Cocoa Wheats. Ham, scalloped potatoes, steamed broccoli, roll.

USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information
requested in the form.
