General Education Provisions Act, Section 427

The Rolette Public School District #29 supports the provisions of Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Title XI of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Title II of the Americans' Disabilities Act of 1990 which commits all schools to the elimination of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, and handicap to those programs and activities offered to all of its students employees, and beneficiaries.
